Are you ready, willing and able to put some energy and time into planning a really awesome Christmas game? The Dress Santa game is a surefire hit because it’s so silly and fun. Make sure to have a camera or camcorder on hand when you play this game to capture all the funny moments along the way.Getting StartedGet started by creating a dress up box with a Santa costume and other items that Santa Claus might or might not wear. Have a complete Santa costume to put in the box. You can rent a Santa costume or buy one if you think it will be used for years to come. Check out used costume shops where you can usually find a Santa suit for around $100 or so.Put the Santa outfit in a large trunk or suitcase. Have plenty of Santa items in the box. Include an oversize belt, gloves, hat and boots to match the suit. Also include other items in the suitcase or trunk, such as feather boas, silly hats, jewelry and socks. Are you starting to see where this game is headed?Playing The GameYou filled the trunk with assorted Santa and non-Santa apparel items. Now everyone is ready to play the game at the Christmas party. Have several volunteers so you can time each person and award a prize to the fastest player or the most interesting player, depending on the tone of your gathering. Everyone can look at Santa and laugh at the mismatched outfit. While Santa may have on his suit, he might also be wearing garden gloves, a troll hat and a glittering fashion belt with rhinestones. Take pictures of the dressed-up Santa and then move on to the next player.Once all the Santa players are finished dressing and pictures are taken of all contestants, it is time to pick a winner. Should the winner be the Santa who got fully dressed in 35 seconds or the Santa who was brave enough to wear rhinestones, garden gloves and a troll hat?
